Getting started

What are tiered backlinks?

Links built in layers: Tier 1 points to your site, Tier 2 points to Tier 1, and Tier 3 points to Tier 2. The lower layers exist to strengthen the layer above them and help it get crawled.

Why would I use Tier 3 backlinks?

Tier 3 is the widest layer. People use it to get a large Tier 2 layer discovered and crawled, which in turn supports Tier 1. It makes sense for bigger campaigns and competitive keywords, not usually for a first order.

Is it okay to start with Tier 1 and upgrade later?

Yes. That's the most common way to start. Once your Tier 1 links are live, you can order Tier 2 and point it at the URLs in your Tier 1 report.

Are backlinks safe for my site?

Every link carries some risk. Google's spam policies treat links bought to manipulate rankings as a link scheme, and search engines can ignore or penalise links that look unnatural. Using varied, natural anchors, a steady pace and the tier structure (rather than pointing high volume at your main page) reduces that risk, but no seller can remove it entirely.

Ordering

What details do I need to place an order?

The URLs you want links for, the keywords or anchor texts to use, and an email address for updates. You can add notes for anything else we should know.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, while it's still in Paid status. Open a ticket from your dashboard with the order number and the change. Once the order is in Processing, we may not be able to change it.

What if there's a mistake in my URLs or keywords?

Tell us as soon as you notice through a support ticket. If work hasn't started, we'll update the order. If it has, we'll explain the options.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

INR payments by UPI, cards and net banking through Cashfree. USD payments by international card. You can also pay from your wallet balance.

Can I get an invoice with my GST number?

Yes. Add your GSTIN in your profile before you pay and it appears on your invoice.

Reports

In what format is the report?

A spreadsheet you can open in Excel or Google Sheets, listing the links built for your order.

Where can I download my report?

From the order page in your dashboard, under Report. It stays in your account so you can download it again later.

Will I get my report by email?

When email notifications are on, we send you a message when your order is completed with a link to download the report.

Can I track the progress of my order?

Yes. Each order in your dashboard shows a timeline: Paid, Processing, Building links and Completed, with notes when we add them.

Is the report white-label?

The report lists the links and the target URLs without our branding inside the data, so agencies can pass it on to clients. Ask us if you need a specific column layout.

Quality & results

How can I check if my backlinks are indexed?

Use our free Google Index Checker on the URLs from your report, or check them in your own SEO tool. Not every link gets indexed, and indexing can take several weeks.

How do I check the quality of the links?

Open the report, pick a sample of URLs and check them in the SEO tool you trust, such as Ahrefs, Semrush or Moz. Our free authority checker also gives a quick score for many domains at once.

Are the backlinks permanent?

Some links disappear over time when site owners delete pages or sites go offline. That's normal for any link profile. If you notice a large drop soon after delivery, open a ticket with the order number.

How long does it take to see results?

Search engines need time to find, crawl and index new links, and rankings usually move gradually over several weeks or months. Content, competition and your site's history all change how fast that happens.

Why was my order delayed?

Large packages, add-on processing and quality checks can take longer than usual. Your dashboard always shows the current stage, and we add a note if something holds an order up.
